I enjoyed everything and I would recommend your course to everyone I know. The actual idea of getting a direct glimpse into Finnish schools is brilliant! And the fact that we got the chance of visiting a school in Estonia and to visit Tallinn was a definite bonus. Your course is unique, so very different from everything I have ever experienced before, you never get the time to get bored as it's so active and you get in touch with so many people. I had the pleasure to have Arne as trainer during one of his Benchmarking courses in Helsinki and Tallinn.  Arne was always well prepared, had a deep knowledge of the issues we addressed in the course, he was happy to answer hundreds of questions every day and through his thoughtful arrangements we could make the most of our experience in the Finnish and Estonian schools. I found the course not only educational but also profoundly relevant and current. It gave me the experience and ideas I needed so I could take that back to my school to implement strategies to move the school forward. Observing many schools allowed me to see a wide range of teaching methods, curricula and personal accounts of teaching in Finland. Arne is an excellent consultant that provided factual information as well as personal opinions which I found extremely helpful in making my trip to Finland as useful as possible. Everything experienced was well thought through and allowed myself to see a panoramic view of education rather than a biased narrow view. I would thoroughly recommend this experience and I hope to return in the near future for another course.
